Mental Reset:
Take 15 minutes in silence. Breathe deeply and write down 3 things you’re letting go of mentally (e.g., guilt, clutter, fatigue). -
Physical Declutter: Get set for a new week & second quarter of 2025
Choose two of the following:-
Clean out your wardrobe (donate 5 items).

Clear your workspace or digital clutter (delete 100+ photos/files).

Tidy up your kitchen or bathroom shelf.

2. Fitness Flow (Move That Body)

Start with a 15–20 minute walk, stretch, or dance session.

Add 10 reps of squats, jumping jacks, or sit-ups if you're ready.

End with a water break and deep breathing.
3. Food Reset: Atkinson Diet & Intermittent Fasting

Intro to Atkinson Diet:
Focus on:-
High protein (chicken, fish, eggs, beans).

Low carbs (avoid sugar, white bread, soda).

Healthy fats (avocado, coconut oil, nuts).
- Make a healthy bowl of salad!

Intermittent Fasting Starter Tip:
Try a 12:12 window today (e.g., eat between 8am–8pm).
Gradually shift to 16:8 later (e.g., eat between 12pm–8pm).
Note: Always consult a healthcare provider before starting any new eating plan.
